Completely non-sexual and non-romantic.

The human Gabriel Taylor
Human. 40s. Navy SEAL/CIA operator veteran.
Bisexual, refrains from sexual activities.
Devout catholic.
Appearance
Presents as a dark-haired and blue-eyed man in his 40s around 200 cm/6'6.6" tall. No scars or body modifications.
His angelic form is humanoid with a pair of large wings. His body is translucent with a faint glow of holy fire within. The wings are smoldering with fire. His eyes are pillars of fire and you can barely make out the irises and pupils. Gives off a vaguely threatening vibe and most, if not everyone, are afraid when they first meet him.
Dark-haired and blue-eyed, around 200 cm/6'6.6" tall. Scars here and there mostly from injuries acquired during training by either cutting himself, breaking bones, degloving a finger, surgeries etc.
Dresses mostly in flannels and jeans. Carries a Sig P365, a knife, and a Rolex always.

Backstory

Was aggressive in his youth and wanted to do shit. Always wanted to be a SEAL so when he finally could join that's what he did. The training and being deployed reined in his temper and gave him an outlet. Became a Navy SEAL, deployed x times, and was later recruited by the CIA to SOG. Had to become more sophisticated immediately, military bro jargon doesn't fly at the agency.
Retired because of disability from brain damage although that has only been misdiagnosed as PTSD with depression. Suffers from confusion, memory gaps, mood swings, headaches, fatigue, and anxiety. Back and knee problems.
Has had a hard time adjusting to civilian life. His bad temper is back, most likely due to a brain injury. Someone who knew someone who knew Gabriel contacted him one day for a contract killing, and Gabriel has accepted a few of those.
Archangel
Angel of annunciation, revelation, death, and vengeance.
Personal abilities: Gabriel is a vessel for information and destruction. His powers come directly from the LORD, and you could claim them to be infinite. He leveled Sodom to the ground.
Generic abilities: Holy fire, invisibility/intangible/inaudible, spherical sense (sense surroundings in all directions at once and not bound by physics), transforming his shape, perceiving that which is undetectable by other physical organisms, energy manipulation, illusions, giving people visions, dream walking, soothe any living being with his sheer presence/voice/energy, healing, possession, manipulate light and darkness.
Navy SEAL/CIA operator veteran
An extremely highly trained specialist who enjoyed being a sniper the most. Went through different types of specialized training to become a well-rounded SEAL.
Gabriel still practices martial arts and is a weapon enthusiast. Works out a lot.
Verses
Gabriel the angel can drop by anywhere. Can be adjusted to have a vessel or not but I will probably not change how his other angel stuff works, he will just have to be different from other angels in some verses in that case!!
Gabriel the human can probably be adjusted to most verses and can work within military-like/adjacent stuff such as security, police or whatever while struggling a bit to function :)
